Monish or 'Mo' as he is known to friends and colleagues, is the CEO/Interactive Director of Capri Infomedia. Based in the US, he is a specialist in Computer Motion Graphics and Hybrid Web Design and has a seven year track record in demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills. Adept in the technical realm, his passion lies in merging design and motion to create comprehensive solutions for agencies and studios, amongst other clients. Mo has extensive experience in using graphic design principles to produce innovative and tastefully created print documents and web sites. His professional experience in both the US and India has provided him with a unique dual perspective of the IT industry, allowing him to better understand the needs of clients in various industries.

He is also the Technical/Interactive Director of My World of Sports Inc., a comprehensive portal with information, news, contests and analysis on major sports played throughout the world. In addition, he is the Senior Interactive Web Designer/Developer with Genius Concepts and Design, based in Orlando, Florida. Mo has also undertaken web consulting, animation, project management/design and development work on a freelance basis for several companies in the US and India.

He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Entertainment (BBE) and an Associate of Science Degree in Digital Media Arts and Design from Full Sail Real World Education in Orlando, Florida. He also has an Associate of Science Degree in Visual Communications from the Katharine Gibbs School in Piscataway, New Jersey. Mo also studied at the Edit Institute in Mumbai, India, from where he acquired an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Arts and Web Multimedia as well as Certification Degrees in Computer Aided Modelling and Animation and Computer Aided Image Editing and Web Savvy.

As a Technical Head, Ghanshyam has extensive expertise in design and delivery of cost-effective, high performance IT applications which address complex business problems for a wide spectrum of industries. He is skilled in all facets of the project life cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design to documentation, implementation, user training and enhancement.

Ghanshyam was part of the team responsible for implementation of the Adrenalin HR suite at Hindustan Lever Ltd. and several other companies. A business critical, fully web-based suite, Adrenalin provides critical tools, workflow and information, enabling companies to streamline their HR processes. He has also deployed an ERP/CRM system for Kalpataru Construction, a leading real estate and property development company. The system provides the Projects, Purchase, Accounts, Sales and HR departments with a common platform for tracking and maintaining day-to-day work and transactions.

This was in addition to a Property Management System he deployed for the company's Property Solutions Division which allowed the Property Manager to provide facilities at the client's site and transfer necessary data to Head Office. He has also developed an Inventory Management System for pharma manufacturers which oversees transactions from receipt of raw materials and packaging to despatch of finished goods. It also handles transactions for stores, production and quality control and generates extensive MIS and statutory reports.

Ghanshyam has a B.Sc. from MDS University, Ajmer and certifications in Web Technologies and Advanced Computing. Aside from web designing which is one of his passions, he enjoys travelling, trekking and working for the underprivileged.

As Senior Animator and Supervisor, Frank Rivera oversees a team of 2D/3D artists at Capri Infomedia. He is in charge of pre-production activities, client servicing and quality assurance. A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Frank brings a wealth of experience and an impressive portfolio of work to his current role. He has worked in the animation field for eight years and his professional experience includes projects for the NY Yankee Network, PBS's 'Between the Lions' and an animated short for 'El Vacilon de la Manana', a movie about radio personalities from La Mega NY. You would have also seen his work on major children's shows such as Cartoon Network's 'Courage the Cowardly Dog' where he was responsible for digital coloration. At Sesame Workshop, Frank developed animation and special effects for Noggin TV's 'Pinky Dinky Doo' and he is currently working on the Nickelodeon series, 'Kappa Mikey'.

In the past, Frank has worked with several renowned organizations including Michael Sporn Animation, Geedad Entertainment, Yes - The NY Yankee Network and Cartoon Pizza. Adept at Adobe Flash, Animo, Adobe After Effects, 3D Studio Max and Adobe Illustrator amongst other software, Frank is not only technically proficient but also brings both passion and creativity to his work.
